I can prepare for possible pressure situations by being mentally and physically prepared. Practicing out loud or in my mind saying no to someone can help you say no during situations where you feel pressured. If I'm somewhere away from home I can always have someone that I can call to pick me up in case the pressure becomes too much. Being comfortable with telling an adult when you feel too pressured is another way to relieve it. Pressure situations can not only happen on social occasions it can also happen online. In this case, all you need to do is block the person who is pressuring you too much.
