Answer:

Satan is one of the most rebellious characters as his determination to pursue evil was so firm that he corrupts the most beautiful creation of God i.e. human beings. He is the grandest and majestic antagonists enriched with confidence and pride that he wished to overthrow God and replace him. He describes God as a dictator, an oppressor authoritarian who abuses his power to tyrannize the people. He is infallible in his attempt to present his thoughts most reasonably and logically and that is the reason the audience could sympathize with him. He was outcast from heaven for disobeying the orders of Almighty and this proves his point that if one denies to follow him(God) they would be made to bear sufferings and dam-nation ultimately. Thus, we may conclude that his opinions seems logical as he's able to substantiate his viewpoint. However, he also represents and symbolize that evil deed have to pay off at the end..
