Traditional predictive project management and the PMI's Project Management Body of Knowledge remain inextricably linked, notwithstanding changes made in the Sixth Edition (PMBoK).

Concerns for Agile/Adaptive Environments are covered in each of its 10 Knowledge Areas. But generally, they are only two or three paragraphs long. The primary goal is raising awareness.

The organization's own Agile Project Management qualification is designated as a PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP). The PMI-ACP is also the certification with the fastest growth.

Instead of calling Scrum a methodology, Schwaber refers to it as a framework. This is mainly because many people associate the word "methodology" with being prescriptive in character.

How do people become successful as a real estate developer?
Roman55 [17]

Hello there!

A real estate developer job is to get houses to sell them, get land to build houses and sell them, and get previous owned houses and sell them. They pretty much get property and sell it. As a real estate developer, the main goal that someone should have is to make more money than they paid for the property. This means that they would need to be making profit in order to really see a progress in income.

Let's give you an example when a real estate developer buys a house:

Johan, a real estate developer, bought a house $275,000. He then goes on a website and advertises the house for $285,000.

What Johan is trying to do here is make profit form the house he just purchased, since the extra money he will be getting if the house is sold will be a surplus to the original amount.

Let's give you an example when a real estate developer buys land:

Susan buys 1 acre of land for $1.2 million, she then has a construction crew build a house, and that costed her $750,000.

At the end of the day, Susan spent $1.95 million (1,950,000) on the house in total.

She then sells the house on a website for $2.5 million (2,500,000).

This means that Susan made a surplus of $550,000 from the price she originally payed for.

It's best when a real estate developer sells property for more than what they payed for, so they would be making profit (extra money). It's bad when a real estate developer tries to sell a house for lower than they originally payed for, then they would be losing money. That's why when there is a specific price for a house, a real estate developer usually doesn't want to drop the price of the house any cheaper; they want to stick with their price so they could make money.

A real estate developer could also start their own company, and make more profit if they stick to the trick of selling the property for more than what they paid for. If they stick to the trick, then they would be making even more money since they would have multiple people in a company doing it all at once, in different places too.

Elenna [48]

Answer:

True.

Explanation:

Managerial accounting involves managers using accounting information to better inform themselves before making business decisions. It involves analysing, interpreting and communicating financial data to managers to aid in achievement of organisation's goals.

Managerial accounting is for internal use in the business. Data is modified to meet specific need of the end-user. For example a manager may want to see sales figures for a quarter compared to business target. This will give an idea if the business is meeting it's objectives.

(problem 13). margo's marginal utility of one dance lesson is 100 utils per lesson. her marginal utility of a new pair of dance
kirill115 [55]

Since Margo purchase her optimal consumption bundle, the marginal utility per dollar consumed on dance lessons must be equivalent to the marginal utility per dollar paid on dance shoes. The marginal utility per dollar spent on dance lessons is 100 utils per lesson, where $50 per lesson is equivalent to 2 utils per dollar. The marginal utility per dollar expended on dance shoes therefore has to equal 2 utils per dollar. Since the marginal utility of a pair of dance shoes cost 300 utils per pair, the value of a pair of shoes should be $150 per pair, so that 300 utils per pair/$150 per pair is equal to: 2 utils per dollar.

In economics, the short run is the time frame in which ______ and the long run is the period of time in which ______. A. the
Marina86 [1]

Answer:the quantities of some factors of production are fixed; the quantities of all factors of production can be varied - D

Explanation:

In the short run, some factors of production are fixed, which is usually the capital. Therefore for a company to increase output, it would need employ more workers, but would not increase capital.

Therefore in the short run, we can get diminishing marginal returns, which may cause marginal costs to start increasing quickly.

Also, in the short run, prices and wages fall out of equilibrium because a sudden rise in demand may lead to higher prices, and companies may not have the the capacity to respond and increase supply.

Long run

In the long run, usually greater than 6 months, all main factors of production are variable. The company has time to build a bigger one making it respond to changes in demand which means that a sudden rise in demand, would have a complimentary increase in supply to meet the demands and prices can be adjusted.
