Multi-task uncertainty-constrained GAN(Mt-UcGAN) for joint segmentation, quantification and uncertainty estimation of renal tumors on CT conclude that the integrated segmentation, quantification, and uncertainty estimate of renal tumors were initially proposed using a multi-task uncertainty-constrained generative adversarial network (Mt-UcGAN).

A novel adversarial technique with uncertainty limitations was put forth by us. Results from the experiment show that Mt-UcGAN can help with clinical tumor assessments.

Additionally, it can give medical professionals feedback on the validity of the findings, enabling them to undertake further visual reviews and revisions of the findings to raise the diagnostic accuracy.

The three main procedures for clinical tumor disease diagnosis are segmentation of renal tumor, measurement of tumor indices (i.e., center point coordinates, diameter, circumference, and cross-sectional area), and segmentation uncertainty estimation.

These tasks have, however, only ever been researched separately until now. It is quite difficult to describe two distinct tasks as a single optimization framework since segmentation and quantification tasks have separate optimization types.

In this study, we present a unified framework for the joint segmentation, quantification, and uncertainty estimate of renal malignancies on CT (Mt-UcGAN: Multi-task uncertainty-constrained GAN ).

Copying of the information in dna into rna, which can exit the nucleus is called
Oksi-84 [34.3K]
Definition:
"Copying of information from DNA to RNA which exit nucleus is known as transcription"

Explanation:

Transcription is a vital process for living organisms, because it is a staring point for protein synthesis. It occurs inside the nucleus and is carried out by RNA polymerase enzyme. In eukaryotes RNA pol is of three types: these are RNA Pol 1, RNA Pol 2, and RNA Pol 3. In prokaryotes it is of only one type.

Steps in transcription:
Transcription consists of three main steps
1. Initiation:
In this step RNA pol attach to DNA template at 5 prime end in the promoter region to start the formation of complementary strand of RNA. In prokaryotes there is a region called Pribnow box, with the consensus sequence TATAAT present about 10 base pair away from site that serves as a transcription initiation. In eukaryotes the promoter region is more complex it contain activator and enhancer.

2. Strand elongation:
Once transcription is initiated, the DNA double helix unwinds and RNA polymerase reads the template strand, adding nucleotides to the 3′ end of the growing chain.

3. Transcription Termination:
                                                T
erminator sequences are found close to the ends of non-coding sequences. Before termination polyadenylation occurs.

Does evolution say blacks are subhumans? 3/4th human?
xenn [34]
No blacks are 100% human.. people are black because of the pigments in your skin. That is why we have light skins and dark skins not because light skins are more human than dark skins.

A researcher investigates a recently discovered species of plant. The plant has vascular tissues and exhibits a sporophyte and a
Anna71 [15]

The plant contains vascular tissue and has an alternation of generation. But, it lacks seeds. So, the plant is a Pteridophyte.

  • Vascular tissues are absent in thallophytes and bryophytes. They are found in pteridophytes, gymnosperms and angiosperms.
  • The sporophyte and gametophyte generation is common in bryophytes and pteridophytes.
  • Seeds are produced in plants that come under the group gymnosperms and angiosperms. The presence of seeds is the main characteristic of these groups.
  • Thallophytes, bryophytes and pteridophytes lack seeds. The reproduction in plants that comes under these groups occurs with the help of spores.

Thus, the recently discovered species of the plant should be classified based on the presence of vascular tissues, gametophytes and sporophytes. As pteridophytes contain vascular tissues, sporophytes and gametophytes and lack seeds, the plant is a pteridophyte
