I ordered a shoe a few days ago and the seller provided me with the tracking number for the hoodie but through Grailed but USPS

has been stuck on "We are preparing your order for shipment" and "Delivery information will be available once the carrier has the updates." What does this mean? Also when I put my tracking number in USPS's Package Tracker, the number doesn't exist in its system. Does anyone know whats going on? Thanks!
