We have: ∠APC + ∠BPC = 180⁰ (adjacent corner)

=> ∠APC + 133⁰ = 180⁰

=> ∠APC = 180⁰ - 133⁰ = 47⁰

Beside: x = ∠BPD = ∠APC = 47⁰ (opposite corner)

ANSWER: x = 47⁰

Ok done. Thank to me :3

The value of the angle x will be equal to 47⁰.

<h3>What is an angle?</h3>

The angle is defined as the span between two intersecting lines or surfaces at or close to the point where they meet.

It is given that ∠APC + ∠BPC = 180⁰ (adjacent corner)

The angle x will be calculated as below:-

=> ∠APC + 133⁰ = 180⁰

=> ∠APC = 180⁰ - 133⁰ = 47⁰

Beside: x = ∠BPD = ∠APC = 47⁰ (opposite corner)

Therefore, the value of the angle x will be equal to 47⁰.

Which value is in the solution set of |x|+9=-2
Eduardwww [97]

Answer:

The equation has no solutions

Step-by-step explanation:

If we re arrange the equation a little more we will obtain the following

|x|=-11

Which is a contradiction since, the  |x| is always a positive number

Attached is the representation of this function y= |x|

It means, that it doesnt matter what value 'x' has, the answer is the same number but, positive

Solve the formula for the indicated variable.<br> T(r+s)=rs, for r<br> (Simplify your answer.)
yaroslaw [1]

Answer:

R = \frac{-TS}{(T-S)}

Step-by-step explanation:

First, distribute all terms

T(R+S) =RS\\TR + TS =RS

Get all terms with R onto the same side

TR + TS = RS\\TR - RS = -TS

Factor out the R

R(T-S)=-TS

Divide by (T-S) to isolate R

R = \frac{-TS}{(T-S)}

The following graph describes function 1, and the equation below it describes function 2:
kati45 [8]

Answer:

Function 1 written in vertex form is f(x) = -x^2 + 8x - 15 = -(x^2 - 8x + 15) = -(x^2 - 8x + 16 + 15 - 16) = -(x - 4)^2 - (-1) = -(x - 4)^2 + 1

Therefore, vertex = (4, 1)

Function 2 written in vertex form is f(x) = -x^2 + 4x + 1 = -(x^2 - 4x - 1) = -(x^2 - 4x + 4 - 1 - 4) = -(x - 2)^2 - (-5) = -(x - 2)^2 + 5

Therefore vertex = (2, 5)

Function 1 has a maximum at y = 1 and function 2 has a maximum at y = 5. Therefore, function 2 has a larger maximum.
