The factors that led to urbanization during the new industrial age were-
Population Growth-Industrial settlements in the cities required a large number of workforces in cities. The major workforce came from the countryside.
Infrastructural and Social Services- when a large number of the population migrated from rural to urban areas.Building housing and Sanitation facilities were very important because without that it might lead to ridiculous conditions of cities.
These were the two important reasons for urbanization in the New Industrial Age around the world of which effects are still prevalent today in this 21st century, that mark a important event in our history.
