Sectionalism is a social, cultural and political manifestation that continues to be evident in the United States. It's not radical, but it still exists.

What is sectionalism?

Sectionalism is a current of social, political and cultural thought in which an individual or group tends to care more about the interests of a particular group or community. Additionally, it is the manifestation of people for contributing to the objectives and goals of that community without taking into account the others.

Is there still sectionalism in the United States?

Sectionalism is a manifestation that existed in a very radical way during the formation of the nation. However, over time it has moderated and people have a broader social and collective conscience.

Despite the above, there is still evidence of sectionalism in some people due to their origin (depending on the region in which they live), their political thinking or origin (mostly immigrants).

According to the above, it can be inferred that sectionalism is a situation that is still present in the United States. An example of this is the rivalry that exists among immigrants to get well-paid jobs.

Anika [276]

Answer:

The experiment was performed in 1961 by Albert Bandura and it was an experiment that was an example of a "matched pairs design". The reasoning for the experiment was to try and add belief that all human behavior was learned, through social imitation and copying, rather than inherited through genetic factors. Bandura Theory 1: Children witnessing an adult role model behaving in an overly aggressive manner would be likely to replicate similar behavior themselves, even if the adult was not present.
