To stay away from confrontation.

On the outskirts of Rome, Constantine discovered the first public Christian churches. to stay away from conflict.

What is confrontation?

When parties engage in direct confrontation during a dispute between them, it is considered a conflict factor. Any scale, any number of participants, entire nations or cultures, or other living beings can engage in conflict. A confrontation could be seen metaphorically as a conflict between natural forces or between a person and his own sources of internal conflict.

It has been noted that the term "confrontation" carries a "negative connotation, largely due to the fact that people tend to confront others not about pleasant things but about painful,It also "suffers from the perception of being unduly aggressive in both nature and intent," according to this statement. A technique of operational analysis used to organize, interpret, and think through multi-party interactions like negotiations is encounter analysis, which is also known as dilemma analysis. It is based on an evaluation of a fictitious conflict.

Why did the supreme court rule against the state of Tennessee in baker v. carr
Wewaii [24]

The decision of Baker v. Carr was one of the most wrenching in the Court's history. The case had to be put over for reargument because in conference no clear majority emerged for either side of the case. Associate Justice Charles Evans Whittaker was so torn over the case that he eventually had to recuse himself for health reasons. The arduous decisional process in Baker is often blamed for Whittaker's subsequent health problems, which forced him to retire from the Court in 1962.

The opinion was finally handed down in March 1962, nearly a year after it was initially argued. The Court split 6 to 2 in ruling that Baker's case was justiciable, producing, in addition to the opinion of the Court by Justice William J. Brennan, three concurring opinions and two dissenting opinions. Brennan reformulated the political question doctrine, identifying six factors to help in determining which questions were "political" in nature.
