Terrorism and physical inflictions have been used to control Africa in a number of ways.  Whether it be small paramilitary groups or dictatorial governments, the aim to coerce and control people’s wills and make them submit to their demands.  Underground groups would recruit people with promises of money and education then use them to carry out terrorists acts or it could be corrupt governments who use cruel means to assert their power over the people.
