Clinical manifestation for fractured tibia must be intense pain in the lower leg. There should be difficulty in walking, running, kicking and numbness in foot.

This fractured tibia refers to the tibial shaft fracture along the length that is above the ankle and below the knee. It indicate the inability in walk and bearing the weight on leg. There is a instability of leg and loss of feeling in foot.

Internal soft tissues like tendons and blood vessels are also affected by this fracture. If the blood vessels got rupture then it start leaking the blood and it can cause several more injuries. Blood vessels supply orchestrate in the process of bone development.

Tendons is a flexible but inelastic cord of fibrous collagen tissue that is attached to bone or muscle.
