The two protein hormones are prolactin hormone and oxytocin hormone.

Alveoli is mainly responsible for producing the milk after the birth of child is active mainly because of the prolactin hormone. The prolactin hormone is once exposed to to cortisol hormone. Once the nipples are stimulated, the oxytocin hormone is released, causing the alveoli to contract.

Hormones are your body's chemical messengers. They travel in your bloodstream to tissues or organs. They work slowly, over time, and affect many different processes, including: Growth and development.
