Physical wellness: it is a very good habit which one maintains with the help of physical activities. Sleep is one of the physical activities when it comes to physical wellness. Eating well, too. Then comes a classic physical activity like running, jogging, going to the gym, etc.

Emotional wellness: is everything that has to do with self love and healthy relationships with others. It’s very important for an individual to be able to handle both negative and positive events in one’s life. Self care is related to relaxation of any kind. Stress level must be reduced to the minimum. Some of the signs that show us that an individual has a good emotional health: they treat people well, they are grateful, they are content with their appearance and life, they have a higher meaning and goal in life...

Environmental wellness: has a big and crucial impact on us as it inspires us to do better both for ourselves as individuals and others around us. Let’s not forget the planet earth and the city and country we live in. We must do everything in our power to live in balance with our planet so our offspring get to have a healthy and long life.

One of the signs that show us that an individual is being respectful toward the environment: one is not polluting, both waters and air, they are not smoking, they are not burning things, etc...
