Unless a statute or rule specifically states otherwise, hearsay is not admissible as evidence in court. Therefore, even if a statement is truly hearsay, it might still be relevant to the case if an exception applies.

Hearsay can be defined as a statement made regarding the veracity of the claim and something outside of the court .

Hearsay testimony is typically not allowed in courtrooms. Hearsay cannot usually be used as the basis for a court decision.

Even when the trial is happening its (hearsay) not allowed

Why does a person travel or tour?
ololo11 [35]

Answer:

People may travel to learn something specific: a new language, a new cuisine, aspects of a different culture, or a deeper appreciation of faith or spirituality. As a bonus, they'll take away more than their specific goal. They'll discover totally different ways of doing things.

Tours give you the opportunity to see a lot, within a time frame. You get to see a place, its culture, treasures, and big sites, taste the cuisine, blend with the locals and then you're off again. Essentially, you get to sample the very best of a place and what it has to offer
