The nurse should instruct the client to perform the skill after discussing with the insulin administrator the exampe of bandura's research regarding the self-efficacy of learning during client education sessions.

Self-efficacy, according to psychologist Albert Bandura, is the notion that an individual can exert control over their own functioning and over external events that have an impact on their lives. None of the mechanisms underlying human agency is more fundamental or pervasive than people's confidence in their ability to affect the things that have an impact on their lives. This fundamental conviction serves as the basis for human inspiration, motivation, performance success, and emotional well-being. After consulting with the insulin administrator, the nurse asks the client to perform the skill by himself showing that the nurse is developing self efficiency in the client so that client can use this skill in further use.

Mastery experiences, vicarious experiences, verbal persuasion, and physiological and affective states were Bandura's four suggested sources of self-efficacy in 1997. These states help a person to develop self-efficacy.

elena-14-01-66 [18.8K]

Answer:

B)Those with private health insurance may drop their coverage.

Explanation:

One of the most common suggestions that people make when it comes to fixing the problem of healthcare is that of providing free healthcare. However, in order for this to work effectively, the government would need to provide free healthcare to everyone, not just to those without private insurance. If the government were to provide healthcare only to those with no insurance, it is likely that people who do have private insurance may drop their coverage, as they would rather get this for free than pay for it.
