There are many constraints you can put on your egg drop challenge. Size, weight, materials, use of parachutes  , the materials are tape measure tape.

Albumen or egg white mainly provide protection of  the yolk as yolk is the figurative center of a healthy egg,  serve as a  shield to the yolk from movement and damage.
