Travel by water was quicker and better for long distance. However boats need to be built and are bulky. Travel by land is stealthier. Both have safety risks. Storms and jagged rock play a risk in water transportation. Land transportation can also be more exhausting, and more suspect to pillaging.

Answer:

Explanation:

The Scientific Revolution was not a revolution in the sense of a sudden eruption ushering in radical change, but a century-long process of discovery in which scientists built on the findings of those who had come before from the scientific achievements of the ancient Greeks to the scholarly contributions of Islamic.

Greatness came after the Scientific Revolution the period saw a fundamental transformation in scientific ideas across mathematics, physics, astronomy, and biology in institutions supporting scientific investigation and in the more widely held picture of the universe. Why was it common for explorers to work for kings and queens
Aleonysh [2.5K]
The monarchs had used their wealth to fund expeditions for explorers. The explorers would’ve worked for them in exchange for expedition fund or to at least acquire a better chance at being funded.

When was the first mask made
stealth61 [152]

The first mask was made in 7000 BC. It was used primarily for rituals and ceremonies and where typically made of leather or wood. Keep in mind, these where the first masks that our modern generation has been able to find and preserve, masks could have been made earlier than this but detirriorated over time.

However, the first modern surgical masks where made in the early 1960s and replaced a more primitive method of cloth masks.

I hope I have helped! :)
