Five skills that are necessary for helping others. are : Social skills ,leadership ,communication ,problem-solving ,teamwork. Skill serves as the the ability that is needed to carry out some action very well.

For instance, social skill is needed by someone that need to socialize with other and  it is needed to develop a good relationship with other people some as to be able to help them.  As a driver you are responsible for your vehicle cargo and blank. One should develop the skill to help others.

In declaring separate spheres of influence and a policy of non-intervention in the foreign affairs of Europe, the Monroe Doctrine drew on past statements of American diplomatic ideals, including George Washington’s Farewell Address in 1796, and James Madison’s declaration of war with Britain in 1812.
