In the context of Maslow's hierarchy of human needs, when a person is motivated by fulfillment needs, his or her primary concern is to attain personal values and experience growth.

What is Maslow's hierarchy of human needs?

An individual's conduct is governed by five kinds of human wants, according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs, a theory of motivation. These needs include those for physical well-being, psychological security, a sense of love and belonging, self-esteem, and self-actualization.

What are the 5 levels of Maslow hierarchy of needs in order?

  • Physiological needs: On Maslow's hierarchy of requirements, physiological needs are the first of the id-driven lower wants. The most fundamental requirements for human survival are for food and water, enough sleep, clothing and shelter, general health, and reproduction.
  • Safety needs: Safety is the next lower-level need that must be met. Protection against harm and theft, mental stability and wellbeing, financial security, and security of one's health are all aspects of safety.
  • Love and belonging needs: The social needs, or third level of Maslow's hierarchy, are the last of the so-called lower requirements and have to do with interacting with other people. Among these requirements are relationships with friends and family, both biological (parents, siblings, and kids) and adopted (spouses and partners).
  • Esteem needs: Esteem-driven demands are the first in a hierarchy of ego-driven needs that starts with esteem. Self-respect (the conviction that you are valuable and deserving of dignity) and self-esteem are the foundational components of respect (confidence in your potential for personal growth and accomplishments).
  • Self-actualization requirements: Achieving your full potential as a person is referred to as self-actualization. Self-actualization needs, also known as self-fulfillment wants, are at the top of Maslow's hierarchy of needs.

Which of the following are trial procedures? Select all that apply.
mihalych1998 [28]

Answer:

The correct options are;

  • Jury selection
  • Opening statements
  • grand jury indictment

Explanation:

The above-selected options relate to the order of trial procedure in a Court of law. I will just give a summary of what transpires during the trial of a case.

Firstly, in a criminal case, before an accused person is brought to court, a charge is filed by the prosecution counsel against him. The defense counsel, on the other hand, prepares an application in defense and this is usually by way of a motion paper. A person is called an accused person because according to law, he is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

The charge is then read to him in the language he understands and his plea will be taken. He is to either plead guilty or not guilty. Depending on different jurisdictions, the jury is usually selected by way of summons. After this, Counsel on both sides (Prosecution and defense counsel) will begin with an opening speech by briefly summarizing the facts of the case, arguments they wish to canvass and the evidence that will be adduced to prove the case.

Furthermore, Examination-in-chief, Cross-examination, and Re-examination of witnesses on both sides will begin. After this, the case will be given to the jury to decide the case on its merits.

Although sociologists draw on all approaches for various purposes, they do tend to favor one particular perspective over others.
klasskru [66]

Answer:

It leads to a focus on certain aspects of a problem

Explanation:

Based on the information provided within the question it can be said that the main tendency that this statement seems to have is that favoring one perspective leads to a focus on certain aspects of a problem. This prevents the sociologists to see the whole picture and would cause a misguided conclusion because of it.
