Infrequent reinforcement generates responding that is persistent, which is called the Partial Reinforcement Effect.

Schedules of reinforcements were first of all described by the very famous Skinner.

Partial reinforcement is not like continuous reinforcement. It is only reinforced at specific intervals or ratio of time.

This occurs instead of reinforcing at persistent level .It is also known as intermittent reinforcement.

It is one of the most important concept in the field of Psychology. It talks about responding of reinforcement.

There are four types of its schedules that are fixed-ratio, fixed-interval, variable-ratio and variable-interval.

The correlation between power and influence on the one hand, and organizational commitment on the other, isa. strong and negativ
eimsori [14]

Answer:

The correct answer is b. moderate and positive.

Explanation:

Organizational commitment is a term that refers to how deeply commited or attached a person is to an organization. This notion is used in business organization theory to study how workers relate to their place of work, and to find ways to improve morale, loyalty, and performance. There are two ways in which leaders inside an organization can exercise their leadership: power, that is, the formal position of a leader within the organization's hierarchical structure, and influence, which refers to the informal leadership exercised by a leader over the rest of its colleagues. This last type of leadership can come from the personal charisma of leaders, because of their seniority, because they're respected, etc. A leader who holds both formal power and informal influence, will have a moderate and positive effect over organizational commitment, as employees will feel more attached to an organization when they have a leader that they respect and with whom they share a positive emotional connection.

Why did the women that Helen Campbell interviewed in the 1880s prefer factory work over domestic service?
Sonbull [250]

Answer:

The women that Helen Campbell interviewed in the 1880s preferred factory work over domestic service because the women sought good remuneration, respect, some time of leisure, and some other perks that they did not get by rendering domestic service.

Explanation:

 • The women who chose to involve themselves in domestic service were observed to be receiving the treatment that is usually given to maids.
 • Moreover, they had to bear the mental and physical stress of managing the household and looking after the wellbeing of the entire family singlehandedly.
 • Hence, women preferred factory work over domestic service so that they don't have to go through the things mentioned here and also receive the perks for being a factory worker.
