These six principles are (1) gender, (2) environment, (3) relationships, (4) services and supervision, (5) socioeconomic status, and (6) community. Together, these six principles provide guidance for the effective management of female offenders

The socioeconomic status (SES) of a person or family is a combined economic and sociological complete measure of their work experience, access to resources on an economic level, and standing in society. A family's SES is determined by looking at the household income, the education and employment of the earners, as well as their combined income, whereas a person's SES is determined only by their personal characteristics. Recent studies have found that perceived financial stress, which is defined as the "balance between income and necessary expenses," is a lesser known characteristic of SES. Determine whether a person has more than enough, just enough, or insufficient funds at the end of each month to measure their perception of financial stress.

Which of the following best describes the state of self-government in British Colonial America in the 1600s?
Luda [366]

Answer:

The colonies had British governors in place but many also had assemblies to represent the interests of the people. During the 1600's, the colonies were mostly left alone to monitor themselves and this remained as long as the economic relationship was good.

Virginia created the House of Burgesses which was the first representative government in the colonies. Landowners were the government officials and people responsible for running the colonial governments. New England colonies were represented by a council of elders and church leaders. They also agreed to a representative colonial government in which landowning men were the only people involved in the government.
