I don't want to remove this, mainly because it takes the right to defend yourself if your a law abiding citizen. I simply want to put limitations on it. Specifically to band all guns besides hand guns, and ban high-capacity magazines. That way you would be better able to control and fight against someone who has a gun, and the death toll could be decreased. You really only need a pistol to defend yourself anyway.
