By the early 1990s, specialized tools for computer forensics were available. The International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS) introduced training on software for forensics investigations, and the IRS created search-warrant programs.

What is The International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS)?

The first certification proving mastery of computer forensics in respect to Windows-based PCs was the Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFCE) credential. The International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS), a non-profit group of digital forensic experts, offers CFCE training and certification.

In 1990, IACIS was founded and training got under way. The DOS Processing Certificate served as the CFCE's precursor (DPC). The training program's expansion to incorporate testing on Windows-based computers led to the introduction of the CFCE in 1998. The MAC OS operating system and its related file systems are also covered in the course materials, but only Windows competency is indicated on the certificate.

The just distribution of scarce goods in not ___.
Dmitry [639]

The just distribution of scarce goods is not rationing.

Typically, free market results do not guarantee fair income distribution or allocation of resources. Therefore this is why in many states the goverments intervenes in the economy, to perform a subsequent redistribution.

Rationing is not related to this idea. Moreover, it is triggered by an undesirable market result that take place when the amount demanded exceeds the amount supplied at the established price level, and some consumers are not able to purchase the desired good and in turn to satisfy their underlying need. A rationing mechanism can be imposed to limit the amount of consumption that each person can have access to. But this tecnique, although it palliates a market flow, it does not guarantee a fair redistribution, because in many cases it is based on first come-first served or other arbitrary mechanisms, instead of being based on willingness to pay, income, preferences or any other rationalized mechanism.
