What is the connection among sectionalism, slavery, and states' rights as causes of the civil war? How did the southern response
Sladkaya [172]
Okay so. Slavery, sectionalism and states' rights all tie into the Civil War because they all feed off of one another. The North didn't believe in Slavery but the South did which leads us to States' Rights. The North was angry because sectionalism was made legal, resulting in the expansion of Slavery, leading us to sectionalism. The North and the South The North and the South had very different beliefs as comes to slavery, So eventually 11 states seceded into what was called the Confederates and the North was the Union.

How did the Supremacy Clause solve the issue of a weak central government?
PolarNik [594]

Answer:

The Supremacy Clause is a formulation in the Constitution that stipulates that the Constitution and laws of the United States, as well as international treaties concluded by the United States, are the supreme law of the country. The clause also obliges state judges to abide by the US Constitution, laws, and international treaties, even if individual state constitutions and laws conflict with federal law. State constitutions also recognize the supremacy of the US federal Constitution. In this way, this clause guaranteed the preeminence of the federal government over state governments, by guaranteeing that their legislation is a priority before local legislation.

How have the divison and corrdination of labor evolved at merrits bakery from its begining to today?
Allisa [31]

The division and coordination of labor at Merritt’s Bakery evolved from being managed by just Larry and Bobbie, to hiring store managers, bakers and decorators, to recruiting an array of staffs for sales, marketing, and production management.

Meritt’s bakery had its origins in The Cake Box started by Larry and Bobbie Merritt in 1979. While Larry baked the cakes, Bobbie decorated them.

They acquired another business and named it Merritt’s Bakery. When their business expanded, they took up managerial roles while hiring bakers, decorators and store managers.

This division and coordination of labor enabled the business to grow further, helped by the technical interventions of Christian Merritt. Today, it employs over 80 people.
