Dr. Daniel Marcus says doctors are most often concerned when reviewers ask questions about a patient's condition and how they are helping them. Daniel Marcus introduced Dr. Caesar's communication with a question. Dr. Caesar was a little annoyed and didn't like the way Marcus asked the question, which surprised him because Dr. Caesar didn't expect to be asked about the patient. He thought of Mr. Marcus as a doctor like himself. He didn't know he was a critic. There were many misunderstandings between them. Caesar felt uncomfortable with this situation.

Given that 70% of his diagnoses are based on lab testing, I would expect Daniel Marcus' communication to focus on lab testing. As a reviewer, he must first use a test sample to check if the lab test is genuine. He then needs to go to the doctor and see if he is making the correct diagnosis.

Under the ________, courts may be called upon to decide if a state law is invalid because it conflicts with a federal law.
7nadin3 [17]

Answer:

The answer is the supremacy clause.

Explanation:

The Supremacy Clause is established in the Constitution of the United States and states that the federal laws were made according to the Constitution. It also establishes that the different treaties that are made under its authority are considered the "supreme Law of the Land", and in this way, it is most important than any conflicting state laws.

It establishes that state courts, as well as state constitutions, are subordinated to the supreme law. However, the different federal statutes and treaties are considered supreme only in case they do not violate the terms established in the Constitution.
