The inference is that the purpose of this speech is C. Inform.

What is an inference?

A purpose can be described as the reason something exists, the reason we utilize something, or the reason we create it. All three of them are potentially relevant for public speaking. For instance, when discussing a speech's purpose, we might consider why a particular speech was delivered, how to use the information contained in a speech, and our own motivations for writing a speech.

This is the conclusion that can be drawn from the data provided in the literature, it should be highlighted. According to reports, he remained strong despite being ambushed in Iraq and suffering injuries from explosion fragments. He stayed strong and was able to bring every member of his squad to safety while the rest of the group was suffering with food poisoning.

This demonstrates that the speech's goal is to inform.

Compare and contrast the characters of Rowan and Citra up to this point in the book. How do their character traits make either o
Feliz [49]

Answer:

The most notable difference that I remember between Rowan and Citra is that Rowan seemed more absolutely determined, while Citra seemed to carry some determination, albeit with compassion more prominent. This brings into question the idea of worthiness for being a Scythe - since a Scythe is able to kill people at a whim with no repercussions, perhaps even with praise, should one value compassion or absolute unbiased determination? Objectively, Rowan is better fit - he is more determined and able to take lives due to his nature. This will be seen later on in the book if you read what happens to him in the future. However, as compassion is needed when interacting with others, especially given a difficult idea such as killing, Citra may be a better fit, as she can be empathetic to those who are in the position of being gleaned.

TL;DR: It depends on your point of view. Both are good candidates, as Faraday asserts simply by choosing them to be his apprentices.
