11. Area as product = 7( d + 4 )
Area as sum = 7d + 28

12. Area as product = y( y + 3 )
Area as sum = y^2 + 3y

13. In circles , 12x and 60

Area as product = 12 ( x + 5 )
Area as sum = 12x + 60

14. In circles , x and 4
Area as product = 5 ( x + 4 )
Area as sum = 5x + 20
