A Chipotle Rewards member can use their points to purchase rewards in the Rewards Exchange section of their account once they have accumulated the necessary number of points. When points are redeemed, the associated Reward—if it's a Chipotle menu item—is automatically added to the participant's account. Some Rewards will be added right away, while others won't be added for 48 hours or so. The points connected to a Reward will be taken away from an account when it is added to one or when it is otherwise redeemed.
