What is Diabetes mellitus ?

A disorder during which the body is unable to regulate the amount of glucose (a form of sugar) in the blood and the kidneys generate a lot of urine. This condition develops when the body doesn't create enough insulin or uses it incorrectly.

 • Diabetes in its majority has no recognised definite cause. In every circumstance, blood glucose levels rise. this is often a result of the pancreas' insufficient insulin production. Both sorts of diabetes may be brought on by a combination of genetic and environmental factors.

I would say diabetes because when you're diabetic you have an elevated amount of glucose. Which causes the narrowing of blood vessels and stiffening in arteries and a decrease in the function of red blood cells. which would mean that white blood cells don't do their job, and fight infection. so with all of this, blood and oxygen flow to the wound are decreased. So the wound can not receive proper attention from the body because it doesn't have enough nutrients or oxygen to heal.
