Cold Front

When a cold air mass replaces a warmer air mass, this transition zone is known as a cold front. Typically, cold fronts flow from the northwest to the southeast. A cold front leaves behind it substantially colder and drier air than it did before.

On a weather map, a cold front is represented as a line with triangles. You may imagine the triangles as icicles. Blue is a common color for cold fronts. A cold front indicates that cold air is moving forward and pushing beneath warmer air.

Since cold air is "heavier," or denser, than warm air, this occurs. Thus, warm air is being replaced by cold air near the surface. The tips of the 'icicles' point in the direction that the cold air is moving.

Entrepreneurs attempted, but failed, to harvest nuts from plantations grown in Southeast Asia. Attempts to grow Brazil nut trees
Anuta_ua [19.1K]

Answer:

The reason that there is no fruit even the plant produced healthy flowers maybe because

1. absences of pollinators due to declining poliinator population

2.weather conditions are preventing pollination

3. prevalence of flooding

Explanation:

1.Fruits are direct result of pollination. Due to the decrease in the number of pollinators especially orchid bees, some fruit bearing plants produce flowers but no fruit.

Bees decline their population because of parasites, diseases, exposure to chemicals and other environmental factors.

2.Unfavorable factors may prevent the agents of pollination to do their jobs. Bees and other insects may be hindered by wet or cold weather or some use of chemicals.

3.Brazil nut grow in lowland rainforest where there is no flooding.
