Saline irrigation intervention would the nurse offer the client to help relieve the symptoms of sinusitis.

A saline rinse (saline rinse or flush) helps keep your nasal passages open by flushing out mucus or dry mucus. It also helps improve the function of the cilia that help clear the sinuses, which can help prevent infections from spreading to other sinuses and reduce postnasal drip.

Using a squeeze bottle, balloon syringe, or nasal irrigator, slowly pour or squeeze the saline into the upper nostril. Drain the solution through the other nostril into the drain. Breathe in through your mouth instead of your nose. Repeat on the other side.

Rinsing the nose helps. A solution of salt water (saline) is poured into the nostrils. As it flows through the nostril into the other nostril, it washes away mucus and allergens.

If a genetically based attraction to beautiful people contributed to survival, that trait will likely be passed on to subsequent
Dennis_Churaev [7]

Answer:

Natural Selection

Explanation:

Genetic variations are one of the most important factors in the evolution of organisms. Mutations are fundamental in this process. When a mutation is produced in an organism, and that mutation produces an 'attractive' trait that will potentially help the organism to reproduce, then, this trait (if the mutation is hereditary) will be passed on to the subsequent generations and will stay in the population as it is beneficial.

This perfectly illustrates natural selection, which refers to a process in which a trait that is advantageous will stay in a given species if it helps the individual to survive and reproduce. In other words, nature "selects" the organisms that possess the 'best' traits so they can pass them from generation to generation and increase their chances of survival.

Candidates are expected to bring solutions to a certain comunity problems so, when they postulate, they have to declare what their propositions to solve the comunity issues are, as well as their plans to take them to reality. In addition, all information provided on the candidate exalts his or her qualities in order to persuade voters to pick them, regarding they are different from the ones that preceded them and, thus, will make an actual change in the comunity.
