The difference between the criminal and civil cases is that it involves the Civil law that deals with the disputes between individuals, organizations, or between the two in which compensation is awarded to the victim while the other involves Criminal law is the body of law that deals with crime and the legal punishment of criminal offenses.

The conference committee acts on the bill which is then forwarded to the President for review, once the president signs it ,the bill becomes a law
