The statement that is correct about plasma membranes is that both plant cells and animal cells have flexible plasma membranes (option C).

What is the plasma membrane?

Plasma membrane is the semipermeable membrane that surrounds the cytoplasm of a cell. The semi-permeability of the plasma membrane means it allows some molecules through but blocks other substances.

The plasma membrane is the cellular structure that protects and encompasses the cell's content.

All living organisms possess the plasma membrane, which is also called cell membrane.

Therefore, the statement that is correct about plasma membranes is that both plant cells and animal cells have flexible plasma membranes.

What type of growth would you expect to see in a population that has migrated to a new habitat?
Nataliya [291]

Answer:

Exponential growth

Explanation:

Exponential growth is a type of growth that increase in quantity over time.

When a population migrate to a new habitat it shows exponential growth because in the beginning, the growth rate is slow as population adapts the new environment and once they evolve according to the environment, they will grow exponentially.

Hence, the correct answer is "Exponential growth".

Someone please help soon !!
Archy [21]
I’ll help!! So Hydration refers to cells absorbing water. Our cells need water in order to remain healthy and humans need water in order to live. Keep remembering, water goes wherever water is lower. So the water can spread throughout wherever it’s needed. It can be stored inside the cells themselves, blood, intercellular fluids, etc. we can measure how much water has entered the cell by measuring the movement of water caused by diffusion ( a little harder to explain so I’m sorry if that doesn’t make sense!)
