The required equation of the line is  3x-4y=6

What is an equation?

An equation is a formula in mathematics that expresses the equivalence of two expressions by linking them with the equals symbol =. The word equation and its cognates in various languages may have somewhat different definitions; for example, in French, an équation is defined as including one or more variables, but in English, an equation is any well-formed formula consisting of two expressions linked by an equals sign.

Slope of the line, m is

=\frac{x_{2}-x_{1}  }{y_{2} -y_{1} }  =\frac{3-(-3)}{6-(-2)} =\frac{6}{8} =\frac{3}{4}

then, the equation of the line is given by

   y-y_{1}=m(x-x_{1} )

or, y-3=\frac{3}{4} (x-6)

or, 4y-12=3x-18

or, 3x-4y=6

Hence, the required equation of the line is  3x-4y=6

Can You Solve This?<br> 6 = 2(1+2) =
nata0808 [166]

Answer: 6 = 2(1+2), this is true.

Step-by-step explanation:

To solve this, 6 = 2(1 +2) =

This question is to proove that 2(1 +2) = 6

First we open the bracket:

(2 × 1) + (2 × 2)

Multiply 2 by 1 = 2

Multiply 2 by 2 = 4

2 + 4 = 6

I hope this helps.

Equations are equivalent

Their solutions:

\dfrac{x}{16}=4\qquad\text{multiply both sides by 16}\\\\x=4\cdot16\\\\\boxed{x=64}\\----------\\\\\dfrac{x}{4}=16\qquad\text{multiply both sides by 4}\\\\x=16\cdot4\\\\\boxed{x=64}
