1) We can complete the table by multiplying the value of x by 1.5 to find y:

x: 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10

y: 0 1.5 3 4.5 6 7.5 9 10.5 12 13.5 15

2) We can plot some points and plot the equation (it will be a line that goes through the center of coordinates)
