During the Warring States Period, "Poetry", "Book", "Ritual", "Music", "Yi" and "Spring and Autumn Period" were used as the "six classics". "Zhuangzi Tianyun": "Confucius said to Lao Dan: 'I have studied the six classics of "Poetry", "Book", "Ritual", "Music", "Yi", "Spring and Autumn", and I think it has been a long time.'" At that time it was called "Classics" are not only Confucian writings. "Zhuangzi: The World" says that all Mohist disciples read the "Mo Jing", and "Xunzi" quoted the "Dao Jing". Not all scriptures were written by Confucius. Later, the word "Jing" was mystified, and all religious scriptures were called "Jing". "The Book of Music" in the "Poetry", "Book", "Ritual", "Music", "Yi", and "Spring and Autumn Period" has long been lost. The other five works are called "Five Classics". In the Tang Dynasty, because Tang Taizong ordered Yan Shigu to research the "Five Classics", and ordered Kong Yingda and others to write "Five Classics Justice". Status (Jia Gongyan, who participated in the compilation of "Ritual Justice", also presided over and completed the "Ritual Justice").
