It is difficult to make decisions involving economic development and the environment because our conventional evaluation mechanisms including the market and government action are limited by insufficient information, cases of political pragmatism and the need to accommodate citizens’limited understanding. This makes it tough to reach a rational, well-informed decision that balances benefits and costs.

Olegator [25]

You did not provide the image of the particular spinal cord tract you wish to indicate, but in general the spinal cord tract has 3 main functions which is to control sensation, motoric movement as well as organ functioning, and reflexes control.

The first function of spinal cord tract is to gather and carry signals or sensory information from organs to the brain. The second function of spinal cord tract is to control motoric and organ functioning. Aside from bringing signals to the brain, the spinal cord tract also carries signal from brain back to the muscles or any other organs. These signals may be carried to the arms, feet, and other body parts to control motoric movement. For example, when you're walking, the spinal cord tract will carry signals from your brain to the motoric muscles in your feet telling them to move. Moreover, the spinal cord tract also carries signal to other organs such as heart for example, telling it to beat autonomously.

The Third function of the spinal cord tract is to control reflexes function such as the automatic reflex movement you experience on your knee with a gentle tapping at a certain point on your knee with a hammer.
