Polonius thinks Ophelia's rejection of Hamlet is the reason of his strange behaviour.

Polonius makes the decision to explain to King Claudius why Hamlet has been acting strangely lately. The events of Act I take place a few weeks prior to this scene.

Polonius then tells Gertrude and Claudius that in his opinion, Hamlet's actions are driven by his feelings for Ophelia. They devise a scheme to find out what is actually happening: Polonius will send Ophelia to speak with the crazy Hamlet and prove beyond a doubt that he is crazy with love. Then Hamlet enters, still mad.

Read the poem.
ANTONII [103]

The lines show that the speaker only pretends to have feelings for others.

The question asks how these lines show that the speaker uses people in relationships. The question suggests that the speaker's feelings are not truthful or passionate. This eliminates option D that the speaker has felt passion deeply. We also do not have any sense of embarrassment or appeal to emotions in these lines. The lines speak of a superficial connection with love's pleasure. These all suggest that the speaker does not have true feelings for others.
