When applying Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory, the nurse should always prioritize physiological needs first, followed by safety and security needs, and so on, with self-actualization as the lowest priority to meet.

Maslow's second level in his hierarchy of needs is related to environmental health. The second level is concerned with one's need for safety. After one's basic physiological needs are addressed, the desire to maintain a safe environment follows. According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs, after nurses' basic needs are addressed, their focus will move to achieving higher level needs such as a sense of belonging, self-esteem, and self-actualization. Cute pain has a protective purpose by informing and educating the patient about the presence of an injury or illness.

What are some risk of alcohol and the benefits of avoidance
AleksAgata [21]
Drinking alcohol in moderation carry some benefits.  Apart from keeping our minds sharp, it is also good for lowering cholesterol levels.  However, as time passes by, some alcohol drinkers tend to become dependent until they become excessive chronic drinkers.  Alcoholics' major problem is the destruction of their liver.  People must not totally avoid alcohol in their daily lives because it carries certain advantages but they must also shun from being hooked on it in order to avoid chronic illnesses involving the heart, liver, and kidneys, among other major body organs.

What happens during HIV? How is it passed from person to person? Is it the same as AIDS? ASAP!!! I'LL GIVE BRAINLIEST ANSWER!!
bija089 [108]

Answer:

"You can get or transmit HIV only through specific activities. Most commonly, people get or transmit HIV through sexual behaviors and needle or syringe use. Only certain body fluids—blood, semen, pre-seminal fluid, rectal fluids, vaginal fluids, and breast milk—from a person who has HIV can transmit HIV"

"HIV is a virus. AIDS is a condition. They are not the same thing. HIV is an infection that you can catch and spread to other people, AIDS is a condition (or syndrome) that develops – usually many years later - in people who have been infected with HIV, but have not had the right, or perhaps any, treatment"

snow_lady [41]

Answer:

Motor neurons.

Explanation:

Neurons may be defined as the structural and functional unit of the nervous system. Three main types of neuron are inter  neuron, sensory neuron and motor neuron.

The motor neuron carry the nerve impulse from the brain and spinal cord to the effector organs. The muscle has been sent from the central nervous system to the leg (effector organ), so motor neuron has been used for the transmission of nerve impulse into the leg.

Thus, the correct answer is option (a).
