I need help with 16, 20 and 24 please I don’t really understand it

First we have to know is that every number raised to zero is equal to one and every number raised to 1 is the same number.

$10^0=1$$10^1=1$

So we solve the fractions.

When we divide by 1 we have the same number

16)

$\frac{890.1}{10^0}=\frac{890.1}{1}=890.1$

When we have numbers divided by 10 we run the decimal point to the left one position

20)

$\frac{0.52}{10^1}=\frac{0.52}{10}=0.052$

24)

$\frac{77}{10^1}=\frac{77}{10}=7.7$
