Cupid is distracted with earthly women and Venus is unhappy with that because she wants cupid to marry a goddess. Cupid likes a human though named Psyche. Zeus later grants <span>Psyche her wish to be a goddess so that cupid could marry her and that's what happens. Hope this helps!</span>
