Given the following:

MN = 4x - 25

NP = x + 14

MP = 6x - 51

Thus:

MN = NP

Substitute

4x - 25 = x + 14

4x - x = 25 + 14

3x = 39

x = 39/3

x = 13

MN = 4x - 25 = 4(13) - 25 = 27

MN = NP = MP

NP = 27

MP = 27
