People with the unhealthy weights, obesity and  physically inactive people are most prone to heart attacks. The risk of heart disease is especially high among individuals with people with unhealthy weights and the physically inactive people.

The cure to avoid such conditions is that the heart conditions should be kept healthy and the food that is good for heart along with the habits that are good to keep the heart healthy should be adopted.

Obesity, unhealthy diet and the people who are more foodie who  eat up anything everything without taking the care for their body and the unaware attitude about the developing health conditions along with eating all the unhealthy stuff just for the mood and pleasure are more prone to such diseases.
