The cure to avoid such conditions is that the heart conditions should be kept healthy and the food that is good for heart along with the habits that are good to keep the heart healthy should be adopted.

Obesity, unhealthy diet and the people who are more foodie who  eat up anything everything without taking the care for their body and the unaware attitude about the developing health conditions along with eating all the unhealthy stuff just for the mood and pleasure are more prone to such diseases.

Coronary artery diseases, sometimes the blockages of certain veins and certain issues that are coming in the way of the heart functioning are prone to happen as well.
