I believe Zappos is a decentralized organization. It allows it employees be involved in every step the company makes and allows flexibility For the worker to accomplish their tasks. I think Zappos is doing a great job having a decentralized organization. It has a unique system and unique products, therefore it needs to have all its employees and top level management informed of all its products and business engagements.
