To stand up for what's right. To fight for our rights and opinions. Being a floormat is a people pleaser. People's pleasures are not okay because if you are just are going to people please all the time just to make others happy, you'll just bring yourself down and you won't recognize your own happiness, because you were so focused on making other people happy that you didn't make time to make your self happy. So then you'll just become sadder and sadder until you recognize that that person's feelings are your own and you don't need to make them happy so that you'll be happy. Because that's not how it works. They have their own problems to take care of and so do you. So, yes, I think conflict is beneficial for a team.
