Dakota would be wise to do a 360-degree feedback appraisal that included input from several stakeholders.

What does performance evaluation 360-degree feedback entail?

A 360-degree feedback process is one in which you are evaluated by not just your supervisor but also your colleagues, direct subordinates, and occasionally even customers. You get a breakdown of your own and other people's perceptions of you.

An employee's colleagues, supervisors, and subordinates as well as oneself are surveyed as part of a 360-degree feedback process.

What form of people are truckers?

Truck drivers have a tendency to be predominantly practical individuals, which capacity that they often revel in working outdoors or making use of themselves to a hands-on project. They additionally tend to be conventional, that means that they are normally detail-oriented and organized, and like working in a structured environment.

SpyIntel [72]

Answer:

deduction for organizational expenses = $5,000

Explanation:

Since the total startup costs are over $50,000 then the company's deduction will be lower. Generally speaking, a company can deduct up to $5,000 in organizational an startup costs ($5,000 each). But if the costs are over $50,000, then your deduction will be reduced by $1 for each dollar over that threshold.

In this case, organizational costs were $9,500, so they can deduct $5,000 during the first year and $4,500 will be amortized over the next 15 years. Startup costs are $54,500, which means that they can only deduct $5,000 - ($54,500 - $50,000) = $500 during the first year. The remaining $54,000 must be amortized over a 15 year period. Total deduction during the first year = $5,000 + $500 = $5,500

You consider buying a share of stock at a price of $25. The stock is expected to pay a dividend of $1 next year, and your adviso
nikklg [1K]

Answer:

5%

Explanation:

stock's Alpha = R - Rf - beta (Rm - Rf)

 • R represents the stock's return = $6/$25 = 24%
 • Rf = 6%
 • Beta = 1.3
 • Rm = 16%

Alpha = 0.24 - 0.06 - 1.3 (0.1) = 0.24 - 0.06 - 0.13 = 0.24 - 0.19 = 0.05 = 5%

A stock's Alpha is basically the excess return that the stock yields compared to an specific benchmark, e.g. S&P 500, Dow Jones.

2.Think of two investment opportunities and compare them to each other. Give a brief outline of what they are, how they work, an
Eddi Din [679]
So lets say we have two investment opportunities. A new convenient store in your neighborhood or a new shopping center more than 5 miles away from where you live... What would you invest in well lets look at the pros and cons of each investment. So even though the new convenient store is right around the corner from you and prices are low the new shopping center has better products, warranty and higher prices unlike the convenient store closer to you. So we have an investment budget of $1000 dollars and want to spend it wisely we need to access what has a better chance of being successful with what you put into it. So the convenient store will reach less people has a bargain price but also doesn't have security cameras. Even though the shopping center has great employees, top-of-the-line products, high security, and a great establishment but also has flaws. What are you gonna invest in, will you take risks? My personal opinion is that I would invest in the shopping center because more people would be attracted to it because of the quality of service and products. So it would have a better probability in success and good use of my money.
