Geography

The focal point of an earthquake is the place inside the Earth where it first occurs. The epicenter of the earthquake is the location at the surface of the Earth right above the focus. An earthquake's epicenter experiences the most intense shaking.

Seismic waves are a discharge of earthquake energy. The focus of these waves propagated outward. The waves are most noticeable closest to the epicenter and weaken as they go farther away. An earthquake will inflict the most significant damage close to the epicenter.

The starting point of an earthquake within the Earth's crust is known as the focal point. The spot just above the focus on Earth's surface is known as the epicenter. When energy is released, seismic waves leave the focus in every direction.

Suppose that all the rainfall that fell during an average year on a typical surface in central Pennsylvania just stayed there as
SOVA2 [1]

Answer:

The water would be up around your waist or chest, but you'd still be able to breathe.

Explanation:

The average precipitation in the world is 100 cm (39 inches). If that is the amount that fell on a typical surface in central Pennsylvania and stayed there as a layer of water, it would be higher than toes or ankles reaching up to waist or chest depending on the person's height. A SCUBA gear or a snorkel would not be necessary since the average person is taller than 100 cm or 39 inches.

Pollution is a a. problem that cannot be remedied with regulations or corrective taxes. b. problem that is entirely unrelated to
stepan [7]

Answer:

Explanation:

Externality is a microeconomic concept that aims to explain the positive or negative impact that an economic activity has on third parties. If by exercising an economic activity, a company indirectly benefits society or community, the externality is positive. If economic activity negatively impacts the surrounding community, externality is said to be negative. For example, the pollution that an industry emits in the production process has deleterious effects throughout society, being a negative externality.

Pollution as a negative externality can be classified within the scope of common resource problems. A common resource is a resource to which everyone has access without control. For example, atmospheric air is a common resource for all. When an agent pollutes this resource, it causes a negative externality, leaving everyone worse off than before the pollution.

Describe 1 positive and 1 negative of Islam spreading.
Elza [17]

Answer:

Mostly Muslims become really extreme with there believes which isn't great.

Positive I think there would be less people against them if most of the world is Muslim and they can explore the religion more rather than believing it in a way the media poterays then.

If you disagree let me know.

And I belong to a Muslim family so if you have any more question about islam I am happy to answer. ☺️
