Joe Biden in his career as a politician has had leadership at all times because he has had to lead several people to achieve the political objectives of the United States.

From his position as senator and vice president, he had to deal with different issues that directly impacted American citizens. Due to the above, in his personality he must have leadership so that the people who are in charge of him work with him to achieve the proposed goals.

In his facet as president of the United States, leadership must be even greater because he is leading one of the most powerful nations in the world and under his government there are millions of people waiting for his management to be the best possible so that it benefits to all. Due to the above, his attitude must be one of leadership and convey confidence to the voters who chose him as well as to those who did not vote for him in order to have a united country.
