Answer:

Each artwork includes a shape that aligns with the line and space. In essence, a shape is a closed area that is made when the lines meet.

Artists often train to see shapes in everything. By breaking the basic shapes of a theme, it creates an accurate representation of it in paintings and drawings.

In addition, the shapes may be geometric or organic. The first are the triangles, squares and circles that we are all familiar with. The latter are those forms that are not well defined or those found in nature.

What format did Warhol borrow to create the above images of Marilyn Monroe?
Scrat [10]

Answer:

B. diptych format from the icons of Christianity such as those found in the Byzantine church.

Explanation:

The name of this collection of images is in fact Marilyn Diptych, so you can be certain that B is the correct answer here. The Greek word diptych refers to something consisting of two parts, and was often used in Christian art and churches to refer to a painting in two parts that can close like a book.

Warhol was inspired by this type of art to create Marylin Diptych, which can now be found in the Tate Gallery in the UK.

Joseph Nicephore Niepce worked on the invention with his brother, Claude. Once Claude had moved to England, Joseph worked on the camera on his own, due to the huge craze of lithography. He began printing with lithographic printmaking because he couldn't do it by hand.
