The formula for the area of trapezoid is,

$A=\frac{a+b}{2}\cdot h$

Substitute the values in the formula to obtain the height of trapezoid.

$\begin{gathered} 1656=\frac{25.5+43.5}{2}\cdot h \\ h=\frac{1656\cdot2}{69} \\ h=24\cdot2 \\ =48 \end{gathered}$

So height of trapezoid is 48 cm.

x² +12²=13²

=>x² +144 =169

=>x² =169-144=25

=>x=√25=5 unit.

Hence x=5 is your answer.
